Heard Shri Navlani, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Tembhare, learned A.P.P. through video conferencing.

After hearing for some time, when this Court was about to dismiss the application, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh. The trial is already expedited by this Court vide order dated 15/01/2020 passed in Criminal Application (BA) No. 1178/2019, however, it appears that due to the pandemic situation, the trial could not be proceeded further.

The age of the present applicant is said to be 21 years and he is in jail since more than a year. Accordingly, the Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn. If there is no progress in the trial till December-2020, the learned counsel for the applicant will be at liberty to file fresh application
