We are informed that the petitioner has already superannuated on 30th April, 2025.

In the aforesaid background, it is claimed that the terminal benefits have not yet been released.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has admittedly rendered service with the respondents up to the date of her superannuation, we direct all the respondents to forthwith process the petitioner's request for release of terminal benefits. The said benefits shall be released, in any case, within a period of six weeks from today.

As far as the other claims made by the petitioner having regard to the nature of the prayer, the petition is treated as a representation and appropriate order dealing with the prayer of the petitioner be communicated within a period of four weeks from today.

The writ petition as well as pending application, if any, accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
