2] The present petition seeks to initiate criminal proceedings against the respondent nos. 8 to 10 for demolishing the boundary of the agricultural land and pole compound which have been erected according to the order of Additional Commissioner at Annexure 10.

3] The remedy of filing proceedings under Section 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure is available to the petitioner. That being so, we are not inclined to entertain the petition.

4] The writ petition is disposed off accordingly. We make it clear that we have not adverted to the merits of the matter.
