Perused the report filed by the learned trial Judge which reveals that the matter is fixed for framing of charge. Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail since 21.01.2017.

Considering the huge pendency before the trial Court due to prevailing pandemic situation, suffice it to say that the trial court shall endeavour to commence the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the present order. At this stage, the learned Advocate seeks permission to withdraw the instant Application. Permission granted. Disposed of as withdrawn with above observations . CRI.APPP NOS. 476/2019 & 477/2019 In view of disposal of main application, these applications do not survive. The same are disposed of.
