Dated : 10 th April, 2015 The petitioner has failed to produce the acknowledgment about her caste claim being pending before the Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee for verification. The nomination form has been rejected on that ground itself. Even in this petition, there is no statement that the proceedings for obtaining caste validity certificate are initiated before the Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee.

In view of this, no interference is called for in the order impugned in this petition.

The petition is dismissed.
