DATE : 29 th AUGUST 2022 In this case, a letter dated 21/07/2022, is received from the learned District Judge-10 and Additional Sessions Judge, Nagpur, seeking extension of time by six months for disposing of Atrocity Spl. Case Nos. 33/2018 and 74/2018.

We find that the observations / direction to dispose of the cases expeditiously and to conclude them before the end of December, 2021, was given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court by order dated 22/06/2021.

In these circumstances, we are of the opinion that extension of time can be sought from the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 4.

No orders can be passed on the aforesaid letter by this Court.
