Civil Application (F) No.3444/2014:

Learned counsel for appellant submits that the amount of compensation as ordered by the Reference Court is yet to be deposited and, he seeks time of eight weeks to deposit the same.

In view thereof, the stay granted to the execution of the impugned judgment and decree subject to appellant depositing entire amount of compensation in this Court within a period of eight weeks from today. On failure of the appellant to do so, the order of stay shall stand automatically vacated without further reference to the Court.

Application is accordingly disposed of finally.
