DATED : AUGUST 4, 2017 The learned counsel for non-applicant-original complainant states that present application arises out of order passed by learned J.M.F.C. below Exh.5 on 17/2/2016 by which the application filed on behalf of the present applicant for sending the dispute cheque to handwriting expert was rejected. Against that revision was carried. The said revision was also rejected. The learned advocate Shri N.B.Jawade submitted that during the pendency of the present application the complaint filed on the part of the present non-applicant is already decided and the applicant-accused is already acquitted by learned J.M.F.C. Statement accepted.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives in the present application.

The application is disposed of.
