Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner had filed this Petition seeking a direction to the Respondents to sanction the application of the Petitioner filed under Section 36A of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code 1966 within stipulated time. According to the Petitioner, as a member of Scheduled Tribe, he is desirous of selling the land to non-tribal and therefore under the provisions of Section 36A of the Code, permission was required, which is not being granted. 3.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that till date no response is received for this particular Petitioner. However, in identical situated cases, which are disposed of today, the

05.02wp3066 of 2019.odt respondents have informed the Petitioners to re-submit the proposal for lack of particulars. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that considering the fact that the same ground would apply in the present Petition, the Petitioner will make a fresh application with details within a period of six weeks from today. If such application is made, the same be disposed of by the Respondents within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
