DATE : JUNE 16, 2015 By this application, the Competent Authority has sought extension of time by six months for deciding the proceedings in terms of judgment dated 07/12/2012. The record indicates that similar extension was granted by orders dated 30/01/2014 and 22/09/2014. By way of last chance, time to decide the proceedings is extended by period of six months. The Authority shall make endevour to decide the proceedings within aforesaid period. Parties are also directed to co-operate accordingly.
