Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel appearing for the parties agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.
2) Heard Shri Vaishnav, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Smt. Joshi, learned I/c. Government Pleader for the respondent nos.1 and 2, who appears after waiving notice for them. There is no need to issue notice to the respondent no.3 as no relief has been claimed against the respondent no.3.
3) Rule, returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of the learned Counsel appearing for the parties. 4) The limited prayer made in this petition is about expeditiously deciding the Revision Application dated 25/11/2020 of the petitioners by the respondent nos.1 and 2. We are of the view that the limited prayer can be granted. Accordingly, respondent nos.1 and 2 are directed to decide the Revision Application dated 25/11/2020 of the petitioners within two months from the date of
receipt of this judgment in accordance with law, if not already decided.
