Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has challenged the order granting financial and administrative powers to Respondent No.3 and for a direction that the Petitioner should be given charge of the Head of the concerned School.

Apart from the Petitioner not demonstrating any legal right that can be enforced as regard giving charge as a Head of the School, there is also dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent

WP.1799.20 No.3 as regards the seniority.

It is not necessary for us to entertain this writ petition, as regards granting administrative powers as an In-Charge does not amount to any substantive appointment. As regards the inter se dispute as to seniority and the appointment of Head of the School, the Petitioner and the Respondent No.3 have their remedies open in the appropriate statutory forum.
