Present application is filed for speaking to minutes. The first appeal No. 127/2012 is finally disposed of by this Court on 14/03/2023 by passing judgment. However, at the time of passing of the judgment, inadvertently the direction regarding the balance amount of 25% to be deposited by the appellant is remained to be mentioned.

Ms. N.G. Chaubey, learned counsel for the appellant present before the Court and she also accepted the said contention.

In view of that, correction is to be carried out for operative part of the appeal by mentioning that the appellant is directed to deposit the balance amount of 25% of the compensation amount along with accrued interest in rkn

In view of that, necessary corrections in the operative part be carried out and corrected judgment be uploaded afresh.
