This is an application for modification of the order dated 10th March, 2025.

In para 2 of the order dated 10.03.2025 as prayed the word, "Amravati" be corrected as "Washim"

It is brought to our notice that by mistake it is not brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioner holds a caste certificate of belonging to "Koshti" community which was issued by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mangrulpir on 3rd February, 2005. 5.

In view of above, it will be appropriate on the part of the petitioner to claim the relief that his caste certificate be subjected to verification. The following portion from paragraph 10(i) be correctly read as under: "Based on the certificate of Koshti SBC, the Committee if so approached by the petitioner shall not return the claim of the petitioner for want of appropriate directions as the petitioner based on the same is claiming the terminal benefits. The

2 24.04.2025 caw 768.2025.odt Social Welfare Committee in accordance with law shall decide the claim of the petitioner for issuance of benefits expeditiously, if the same is applied for and in any case within a period of four months from the date of the application. The petition accordingly stands disposed of". 6.

The prayer for modification as such stands allowed. 7.

The application stands disposed of.
