DATE : 04.04.2016 By this writ petition, the petitioners impugn the interlocutory order of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal dated 22.3.2016 by which the Tribunal has decided to take up the original application for final disposal at the stage of admission. According to the petitioners, it was necessary for the Tribunal to have stayed the seniority list as the petitioners are senior than the respondents who are shown to be senior in the seniority list.
We do not find any reason to interfere with the interlocutory order passed by the Tribunal. The Tribunal has decided to take up the original application for final disposal at the stage of admission. When the matter is being decided finally on
0404wp2135.16.odt the issue of seniority, there is no question of staying the seniority list. We do not find any error whatsoever in the impugned order so as to interfere with the same in exercise of writ jurisdiction. In the result, the writ petition fails and is dismissed with no order as to costs.
