The petitioner's counsel pointed out that this Court vide its order dated 29.03.2019 was pleased to grant interim protection which is still in operation. Therefore, without going into the merits of the matter, I find it proper to direct the learned Trial Court to decide the suit, as the suit pertains to the year 2017.

Learned counsel for the respondents/original plaintiffs strongly opposed for continuing the interim relief which was granted by this Court vide its order dated 29.03.2019.

In view of the fact that as the interim relief is in operation since 29.03.2019, therefore, I am not going to decide the issue on merits, and therefore, in the interest of justice, it is desirable to direct the learned Trial Court to decide the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.

Interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 29.03.2019 is continued till the learned Trial Court decides the matter on its own merits.

Accordingly, Writ Petition No.2425 of 2019 stands disposed of.
