It is petitioner's grievance that pension case of her deceased husband was not processed hence urged to condone the break in services and direction to process the pension case.

The learned AGP would submit that at present the proposal is forwarded by respondent No. 3 Education Officer (Secondary) to respondent No.2 Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur which is awaiting for decision.

We direct respondent No.2 to take decision in accordance with law within four weeks from today.

If the break is condoned then the pension paper shall be processed further.

Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
