DATE : 16-04-2025 The petitioners moved this application to permit them to substitute the name of the school of the petitioner No.1 society mentioned in para No.2 of the petition memo, as inadvertently, another school's name is mentioned in the petition.

Considering the reason and no objection of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the application is allowed as prayed. The petitioners are directed to carry out the amendment within a week and supply a copy of the amended petition to the respondents within a week thereafter.

Writ Petition No.6969/2024 Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. He submitted that the respondents have issued G.R. contrary to the provisions of the R.T.E. Act 2009 and, therefore, the petitioners challenge clause No.3 of the said resolution.
