This application is preferred seeking restoration of Criminal Revision Application 10/2016 dismissed in default on 10.02.2020.

The applicant - accused has deposited Rs.70,000/- in the year 2016, towards the fine imposed, and further amount of Rs.70,000/- in the Court of the learned Magistrate on 17.08.2021 and undertakes to deposit the rest of the fine within two weeks. 3.

The revision is dismissed since the learned counsel did not appear.

Although Mr. Rai is objecting to restoration, in my view the applicant is entitled to one opportunity of being heard on the merits of the matter.
