Heard Shri Rizwy, learned counsel for the applicants, Mrs. Rashi Deshpande, learned APP for respondent No. 1 and Ms. Chaubey, learned counsel (appointed) for Respondent No. 2.

The efforts made by the parties to settle the dispute amicably failed.

We find that several disputed questions arise. No case is made out for exercising extra ordinary jurisdiction. Hence, keeping all rival contentions open and with liberty to the parties to take such other steps as are open in law, we dispose of the present criminal application. The charges of counsel appointed for respondent No. 2 are fixed at Rs.1,500/-.
