After going through the averments in the appeal, it seems that enhancement as claimed in the appeal is only of Rs.73,000/-. There is a delay of 404 days caused in filing the appeal.

Since, there is no case made out for condonation of delay, the civil application is dismissed. JUDGE *sandesh
