The original claimants/respondent No. 1-A to 1-F have filed present application for withdrawal of the amount.

The learned Counsel appearing for the appellants have no objection, if 50% amount is allowed to be withdrawn.

Therefore, the application is partly allowed. 5.

The respondents/claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount so deposited by the appellants, upon their furnishing usual undertaking. 6.

The Registry is directed to take steps.

Remaining 50% amount is hereby directed to be kept in a fixed deposit in any Nationalize Bank. 8.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
