Perused contents of the applications as well as reply filed by the legal heirs of respondent nos.1 and 30. Considering the reasons mentioned in the applications it is found that the delay caused is not deliberate. Though the prayers are opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicants, the delay stands condoned after setting aside the abatement. The legal heirs are permitted to be brought on record. The amendment be carried out accordingly.

The Civil Applications are disposed of.
