By this application, the applicant/wife is seeking transfer of matrimonial case filed by respondent/husband in Chandrapur Court to Nagpur Court. She stated that she herself filed another matrimonial case in Family Court at Nagpur. She also stated that though she is a Doctor, she is unable to practise because of her young child.

In view of this, it appears desirable to me that the case filed in Chandrapur Court should be transferred to Nagpur Court where both these matrimonial cases would be tried by a Single Judge. Application is allowed accordingly.
