Civil Application (CAW) No. 1104 of 2014 in Writ Petition No. 2280 of 2010 [Dr. Pandurangji S/o Mahadeorao Dharmadhikari and ors. Vs. State of Mah. through its Secretary, Dept. for Co-operation and ors.] Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders Court's or Judge's order of directions and Registrar's orders Smt. Varale, JJ.
DATE : 14-12-2015.
Heard.
We find that despite our directions to the respondents to complete the enquiry, the respondents have not completed the enquiry till date. Though a statement was made on affidavit in April, 2014 that the enquiry would be completed within a period of 4-5 months, the same is not completed. We prima facie find that the applicants cannot take recourse to the amended provisions to seek the completion of the enquiry within a period of 2 years from the order of this Court as this is not a case of initiation of the enquiry, as the matter was remanded by the appellate Court for completion of enquiry after issuing certain directions.
Now, a statement is made by the learned Government Pleader that the enquiry would be completed by 31-3-2016.
