This application is by claimants seeking withdrawal of amount of Rs.28,54,373/- deposited in this Court towards the compensation ordered by Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-4, Nagpur. 2.

As the respondent no.3 appears to be minor and respondent no. 2 has just completed 18 years of his age, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to order withdrawal of 50% of the amount. 3.

As such claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited. Balance amount be kept in Fix Deposit in any nationalised bank for a period of three years.
