DATED : 23 rd SEPTEMBER, 2015 This court had made an order on 14.11.2014 issuing notice to the petitioner for engagement of counsel since his advocate died. Inspite of service of said notice in December, 2014, he did not engage another counsel. Even today there is no appearance. The petitioner has had sufficient opportunity but still is absent. W.P. No.3948/2001 is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution. JUDGE JUDGE Hirekhan
