NOVEMBER 07, 2025 1) Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2) After hearing for some time, it is brought to my notice that the appeal against the order passed under Section 7A of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions (EPF & MP) Act, 1952 is pending before the learned Central Government Industrial Tribunal (CGIT) in Nagpur. 3) The purpose would be served, if the Appellate Authority is directed to decide the appeal within three months from today.
