DATE : 02.05.2025 Present applications are filed for condonation of delay for bringing legal representatives of the petitioner. Petitioner died on 18/05/2024, leaving behind applicants as his only heirs. It was not informed by the legal representatives of the petitioner to the Counsel due to lack of knowledge. However, when Advocate for the petitioner called the applicants to attend his office, at that time, it was informed that the petitioner had expired. As such, there is sufficient cause for delay, therefore, the application for condonation of delay as well as setting aside abatement is hereby allowed.

Petitioner is permitted to bring on record names of applicant in place of petitioner.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of one weeks.
