DATE : 25-08-2023 In pursuance to the order dated 02-08-2023, the Education Officer has by his communication dated 09-08-23 rejected the proposal. It is the grievance of Mrs Venkantaram, learned Counsel for the petitioner that though the order dated 09-08-23 indicates the ground of rejection as deficiencies in respect of information no such opportunity to rectify the deficiencies or explain them has been given to the Management. Mr. Kulkarni, learned Counsel for the Management upon perusal of the deficiencies as indicted in the said order contends that all of them do not exist. 2.

In view of this the learned Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Bhandara is directed to rehear the matter on 04-09-2023, by which time, the Management shall provide all the requisite material which is indicated in the order dated 09-08-23 and in case the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Bhandara is satisfied with the same, appropriate orders shall
