By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 277 days in filing the appeal under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

Learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 5 has no objection for condonation of delay. In view of the said statement and the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The civil application stands disposed of. Appeal be registered after removing office objections, if any.

Civil Application (CAF) No.310/2021 Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the entire amount of compensation as per the impugned award has been deposited in this Court. In the light of the said statement, execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award is stayed
