Having considered the nature of allegations made against this applicant and also the fact that the only purpose that could have been probably served while granting custody of this applicant, the purpose of seizure of mobile phone, has now already been served with the handset having seized by the police from this applicant, I am of the view that this application can be allowed.

Application is allowed. Interim bail granted to the applicant by this Court on 23rd March 2018 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions with the clarification that now the applicant may attend the police station only when he is required to do so. Disposed of.
