Matter was adjourned to enable learned A.P.P. to show draft charge-sheet to this Court. Accordingly, draft chargesheet has been shown. We have perused the alleged suicide note, which appears on the back side of leave application, dated 03/09/2014. The leave application is stated to be signed by deceased.

We have also perused the statements on which the police is placing reliance. Abortion by applicant has also come on record there.

In this situation, we find that the challenge, as raised, cannot be considered in this jurisdiction. Hence, without observing anything on merit and with liberty to applicant to raise the same at appropriate juncture before competent court as per law, we dispose of criminal application. No costs.
