Shri Ekre, learned A.G.P. appearing for respondent State, argues on Civil Application No. 821/2016.

With the assistance of Shri Sudame, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P. for respondents, we have perused orders dated 30.10.2015, 30.11.2015 and thereafter last order dated 15.03.2016. Order dated 15.03.2016 is sought to be recalled.

Learned A.G.P. informs that affidavit as

noted therein is already filed on record.

Learned counsel for petitioner states that in view of the statement made in the affidavit, grievance of petitioners has been fully redressed and therefore, petition can be disposed of in view of that statement. He also gives no objection for recalling of the order dated 15.03.2016.

Learned A.G.P. submits that in view of the statement made on affidavit, grievance of petitioners does not survive.

We accept the statement that grievance of petitioners does not survive. Accordingly in view of the statement made on affidavit by respondents, as grievance petitioners no longer survives, we dispose of the petition as infructuous.

Similarly, in view of the no objection given by the learned counsel for the petitioner, order dated 15.03.2016 is recalled.

Thus, Writ Petition as also Civil

Application are allowed and disposed of accordingly. No costs.
