DATED : 20-08-2025 At the request of the learned Advocate for the appellant, by way of last chance, six weeks' time is granted to file the paper-book, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court, as since 21/02/2023 appellant has failed to file the paper-book.

By order dated 21/02/2023, this Court has granted a stay to the impugned judgment and award, subject to the deposit of the compensation amount. However, till date, the appellant has failed to deposit the compensation amount in the Court. As such, the ad-interim relief granted on 21/02/2023 is vacated.
