By this application, appellant is seeking stay to the execution, operation and effect of the impugned Judgment.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with the accrued interest including the statutory benefits within ten weeks, the effect, operation and execution of the impugned judgment dated 18.1.2020 passed by the learned 3rd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal in Land Acquisition Case No.152/2014 be stayed till final disposal of the appeal. 3.

On failure to deposit the amount in a prescribed period, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. 4.
