DATE : 07.12.2015 By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent no.4 to send the salary bills of the petitioner to the respondent no.1 for the period from July, 2014 till the date of filing of the writ petition. The petitioner also seeks a direction to the Education Officer to release the salary of the petitioner from July, 2014 and continue to pay the salary of the petitioner. The learned Counsel for the respondent nos.3 and 4 and the learned Counsel for the intervenor state that the petitioner has not worked on any post from January, 2015. The petitioner, however, disputes this position. It is stated that even

0712wp2306.15.odt the Education Officer has supported the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is actually rendering the services till date. Without going into the question whether the petitioner was actually serving after January, 2015 or not, by accepting the statement made on behalf of the learned Counsel for the respondent no.5 that the salary bills of the petitioner would be sent to the Education Officer (Primary) we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.5 to send the salary bills of the petitioner for the period during which he has worked, to the respondent - Education Officer, within a period of three weeks and by directing the Education Officer (Primary) to release the salary of the petitioner for the period during which he has actually worked, as early as possible. Order accordingly. No order as to costs.
