By this application, it is prayed that the amount of compensation as deposited by the Acquiring Body with the reference Court be permitted to be withdrawn in view of the order dated 08.02.2019. On 19.07.2019 time was granted to the learned Assistant Government Pleader to verify the amounts to which the claimants would be entitled to withdraw in terms of the judgment dated 08.02.2019. Today, Shri S.Bissa, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the appellants has tendered calculations indicating the amounts due and payable to the claimants. The same is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification.

In view of aforesaid, the claimants are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.75,13,136/- that are lying in deposit. Needless to state that this withdrawal is subject to final outcome of the proceedings in L.A.C.No.103/1999.
