We have perused the review application and we have also heard the applicant in person who seeks to rely upon the decision in C.S.Sanon, Kalam Singh and Ors. vs. Union of India 2002(1) SCT 470. We however do not find any error apparent on the face of record to invoke review jurisdiction.

In that view of the matter, Miscellaneous Civil Application (Review) No.307/2022 stands rejected.
