Learned APP makes a statement that after completion of investigation the chargesheet is ready. A request is made by this application to file chargesheet on record.

Considering the fact that the investigation is over and the chargesheet is ready, we are of the opinion that permission needs to be granted to file chargesheet. Accordingly, the permission is granted.

Criminal Application (APL) No.548/2024 Since we have permitted the State to file chargesheet, we grant permission to learned Counsel for the applicant to withdraw the present application with liberty to file afresh for raising challenge to the chargesheet.

ii.

The Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
