The learned counsel for the applicant Mr. Jaltare states that the application appears to have been wrongly registered. Mr. Jaltare states that the application was earlier registered as L.D.V.C. B.A. 860/2020 and then renumbered as Criminal Application (BA) 908/2020 and the application is disposed of by order dated 03.09.2020. Mr. Jaltare states that probably because copy of the application was filed physically later on, the copy is registered as Criminal Application (BA) 372/2020.

Mr. Jaltare statement is accepted.

Criminal Application (BA) 372/2020 be removed from the board and consign to record.
