DATED : 11.07.2025 Applicant has moved this application to permit the applicant to change the sole Arbitrator. However, during the argument, learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant does not press the prayer in the application; however, she urged for directing the Arbitrator to conclude the proceedings within six months from the date of the appearance of the parties before him. For which, learned Counsel for the respondent has consented. In view of the same, the application is disposed of accordingly.
