The learned Advocate for the appellant states that the copy of memorandum of appeal will also be supplied to be served on the respondents alongwith this application.

C.A.F. NO.1294/2018 Considering the facts of the case, it is directed that there shall be ad interim order in terms of prayer clause (i) of civil application until further orders, however, on condition that the appellant deposits amount as per impugned award with the Registry of this

2 caf1293.18 Court till 29th June, 2018. If the appellant fails to deposit the amount within stipulated time, this interim order shall cease to operate from 30th June, 2018 and the claimants will be at liberty to proceed with the execution. The amount deposited by the appellant / insurance company shall be adjusted while calculating the amount required to be deposited by the appellant. The civil application is allowed in the above terms. No costs.
