On perusal of the record it is seen that the challenge raised in the Letters Patent Appeal pertains to validity of the motion of no confidence that was passed against the respondent no.1 in the meeting held on 29.06.2009. It is clear that with the passage of time fresh elections have been thereafter held.

In that view of the matter nothing survives for adjudication in this Letters Patent Appeal. It is accordingly disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
