A crime was registered at the instance of victim-lady aged 29 years who alleged that the applicant under false promise of marriage had sexual relation with her. It is the applicant' s contention that he was having love affair with victim and everything was consensual. He would submit that he has already married with victimlady on 19.03.2021, of which he has produced marriage certificate.

Besides that, the victim-lady appeared through counsel Shri Zubair Ahmed and filed

Order 14ABA304 reply-affidavit. She stated that already both are married and residing under one roof. She stated that now she is carrying pregnancy of seven months and leading happy marriage life. Today, Shri Zubair Ahmed, Advocate is present and stated about the settlement arrived in between the parties. Having regard to the fact that the victimlady was major and both of them got married, the applicant's liberty can be protected, hence following order:- (I) Application stands allowed and disposed of.

(II) Ad-interim order dated 11.05.2021 is hereby made absolute on same terms and conditions.

(III) Henceforth, the applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called. JUDGE Gohane.
