Accepting the reasons given in the application and the fact that they are not controverted by the non-applicant, following order is passed :

H.M.P. No. 24 of 2015 filed by the non-applicanthusband and pending before Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal is transferred to Family Court at Akola. Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed in the above terms. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
