DATED : 08 th January, 2020 This is an application for condonation of delay of 355 days in filing the appeal against the award passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Mangrulpir in L.A.C. No.485/2013 dated 07.07.2017. The reasons given are set out in paragraph Nos.3 and 4 of the application. It is stated that the delay was caused due to administrative exigency.
The respondent Nos.1 to 7 are served.
Learned counsel Mr. Vaibhav Patre appears for respondent Nos.1 to 7. Learned AGP appears for respondent Nos.8 and 9. They opposed the application. Considering the reason stated in the paragraph Nos.3 and 4, the delay of 355 days in filing
2 CAF1884.2019 the appeal is condoned. The application is allowed accordingly.
The learned counsel for appellant submits that the cheque of compensation amount as per order dated 25.04.2019 has been deposited in the Court.
List the matter on 05.02.2020 for consideration of Civil Application No.1885/2019 and Civil Application No.47/2020.
