20th April, 2018 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that in view of the interim orders passed in the present proceedings, the applicants have been taken back in service and they are presently in employment. It is further stated that evidence is being recorded in the complaints filed by the applicants. It is, therefore, prayed that the Complaints be directed to be decided expeditiously.
The prayer as made is not opposed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 1 and 2.
Considering the nature of orders passed in the present proceedings and as the applicants are in employment, the Industrial Court, Bhandara, is directed to decide the aforesaid Complaints expeditiously. The Civil Application and consequently the Misc. Civil Application stand disposed of.
