This is an application for condonation of delay of 142 days caused in filing the first appeal. Learned counsel for the non-applicant has strongly opposes the application.

However, looking to nature of reasons as stated in the application that delay occurred is on administrative grounds, same stands condoned.

The civil application is allowed and disposed of as such. Office to register the first appeal. .....2/-

Learned counsel waives notice for the nonapplicant. Learned counsel undertakes that he shall file paper-book within a period of 6 months from today. If learned counsel fails to file the same, the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. CAF No.101/17 Heard.

Since learned counsel for the appellant states that as 75% of the amount is already deposited before this Court, stay to the execution of the impugned Award stands confirmed.

This application is for permission to withdraw the amount deposited before this Court.

Upon non-applicant furnishing an usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (J) of this .....3/-
