The applicant is prosecuted for offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code in Crime No. 19/2015 registered at Shirpur Police Station, Distt. Yavatmal. The Applicant was arrested on 18th March, 2015 and is in jail since then. The investigation is over and the chargesheet has also been filed. Looking to the date of arrest of the Applicant, and in view that the investigation is complete and chargesheet is filed, I think the following order would subserve the interest of justice:-

O R D E R

[a] Criminal Application No. 242 of 2015 is allowed.

[b] Applicant shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Personal Bond in a sum of Rs.

10,000/- [rupees ten thousand only] with one surety in the like amount.

[c] Applicant shall report to Shirpur Police Station on last Sunday of every month between 11.00 a.m., and 4.00 p.m., Judge |hedau|
